Questions buyers always ask.
What is the MOQ for oil blotting paper? +
MOQ starts from 3,000 units per SKU, scaling to 600,000 units/month for established programs. Custom-shape or custom-print artwork may carry a separate tooling minimum — tell us your target quantity and we'll quote both.
Do you offer private label / OEM / ODM? +
Yes — full OEM (your design, your specs) and ODM (we adapt one of our 27 existing styles to your brand). Material, GSM, size, format, print, fragrance and packaging are all customizable.
Can I get free samples before ordering? +
Yes. We ship a free sample set of our signature papers so you can evaluate quality in hand — you cover shipping only. Request your kit through the form above.
What are your sampling and bulk lead times? +
Samples typically ship 3–7 days after brief confirmation. Bulk lead time depends on artwork, customization and quantity — a realistic order-to-delivery total is given in your quote.
What certifications do you hold? +
FSC (paper sourcing), Sedex 4-pillar (ethical audit), Halal, ISO 22716 (cosmetics GMP) and GMPC, plus SGS third-party testing. Viewable certificate PDFs with issuer, number, scope and expiry are available on request.
Can you ship to the US / EU, and handle customs? +
We export to 50+ countries with FOB / CIF / DDP options. Tell us your destination and preferred Incoterm and we'll include freight and customs handling in your quote.
How do you protect my brand's IP? +
We sign an NNN agreement before any artwork is shared, and we never resell or reuse your private-label design. Your brand identity stays exclusively yours.
